You may not upload files to file-sharing websites, public repositories, or any service that allows other people to download the original files.

You may not give purchased files to another person who does not have a valid license, sublicense the files, or sell access to them.

You may not remove or disable licensing information, protection, or identification associated with a product.

Products sold through the website may not be used to create, produce, or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit content.

Products may not be used in content involving sexual exploitation, exploitation of minors, or any sexual or pornographic content involving minors.

Products and website services may not be used for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activities.

You are responsible for how you use purchased products. Purchasing a product does not give you permission to use it in a way that violates applicable law or these terms.

When submitting a custom model or design request, you must provide clear requirements, accurate references, and all materials needed to complete the work.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights or permissions to use any images, files, or references you provide to us.

Estimated prices and timelines may change depending on complexity, response speed, scope changes, and requested revisions.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website at the time of purchase, and pricing may change for new products or services at any time before purchase.

Full or partial advance payment may be required before production, review, delivery, or final file release depending on the product or service.

Stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods may not be used.

Because digital products can be copied immediately, digital products that have been delivered or made available for download are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, such as duplicate payment or a significant technical issue that prevents access to the purchased product, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

For custom work, refunds are not guaranteed once production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights or permissions for every image, file, and reference you upload through the website.

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, fraudulent, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate material.

We may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend the account associated with such content when necessary.

All rights related to the website, branding, previews, text, designs, products, models, and promotional materials remain with the site owner or applicable rights holders unless clearly stated otherwise.

Intellectual property rights are not transferred to the purchaser simply because a product has been purchased.

Any use beyond the license granted to you may result in access removal and further action to protect intellectual property rights.

Each purchaser receives a personal license to use purchased products in accordance with these terms and any product-specific license.

Copying, sharing, redistributing, or selling products outside the permitted license is prohibited.
